Till ett bolag inom mediabranschen med placering i Uppsala, söker vi nu en HR Business Partner.

Till detta uppdrag söker vi dig som vill ta anställning som konsult eller dig som vill arbeta som underkonsult hos oss.

Beskrivning av uppdraget:

I rollen som HR Business Partner kommer du att arbeta i en bred HR-roll och ingå i ledningsgruppen för den division som är placerad i Uppsala. Bolaget har sitt huvudkontor i centrala Stockholm och det kommer även bli ett par resor dit under uppdraget. Du kommer att arbeta med en del förändringsarbete, och ha en tät kontakt med olika lokala fackliga parter. Du kommer även att arbeta stöttande mot ett 10-tal chefer och coacha dem i olika personalärenden. Vi söker dig som är trygg och självständig i att arbeta brett inom HR-området.

Du kommer inte att arbeta med löner eller behöva vara insatt inom Comp & Ben, men i övrigt känna dig riktigt bekväm att arbeta i en HR BP-roll där det är lite mer fokus på förändringsarbete.

Din profil:

Du har troligen en högre akademisk utbildning inom HR-området och är mycket trygg och välgrundad som HR Business Partner. Du är van att stötta ledning och chefer i olika personalfrågor, samt är van att arbeta i organisationer som har både tjänstemän och kollektivanställda samt van att tolka olika avtal, vidare att bygga bra relationer med olika fackliga parter. Du behöver vara prestigelös, bra på att samarbeta och intresserad av att arbeta både strategiskt och operativt inom HR-området. Bolaget arbetar i Workday som HR/ERP-system.
