Seascape Network is looking for an ambitious, self-driven, hit-the-ground-running Junior Crypto Options Trader & Research Analyst.
The position is full-time, full remote.

What are the position requirements?

As a Junior Crypto Options Trader & Research Analyst working for Seascape, your daily activity will be to:

 
• Research & execute directional and yield-based Crypto options strategies (covered calls, secured puts, spreads, straddles, etc.).

 
• Analyze market data, volatility indices, skew, and funding trends from exchanges like Deribit and Hyperliquid.

 
• Create digestible public content — charts, trade summaries, short threads, and monthly reports — explaining market conditions.

 
• Automate portfolio tracking and analytics (Python, Google Sheets, or dashboards).

 
• Collaborate on trade planning, performance reviews, and content calendars.

  What is the ideal candidate profile?

In terms of must have knowledge and capabilities:

 
• Solid understanding of options greeks, P&L mechanics, and basic trading math.

 
• Familiarity with crypto derivatives platforms (Deribit, Hyperliquid or similar).

 
• Analytical mindset — loves tracking data, backtesting ideas, and optimizing strategies.

 
• Strong written communicator who can explain complex trades simply.

 
• Basic Python, Excel/Google Sheets, or automation experience.

Not mandatory, yet can be a plus:

 
• Experience publishing market commentary or data dashboards.

 
• Background in financial engineering, applied math, or economics.

 
• Interest in Crypto, macroeconomics, or volatility as an asset class.
