  • Strategic, advisory and management consulting across Enterprise Applications including Oracle, JDE, Kronos and PeopleSoft across domains such as Financials, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain, Analytics etc

  • Helping customer maximize their investment in Oracle cloud by delivering unmatched services, solutions and products

About the role

Candidate should have prior Oracle Cloud HCM experience from Functional stand point. Should have complete understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Talent Modules and Human Capital Process flows. A very good understanding of Fusion process and architecture. Multiple Client facing transformation program experience in Human Capital space.

  • Extensive years of experience being an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with minimum 4 to 8 years of overall experience. With minimum 2 implementation experience for any of the Cloud Core HR abd Talent Modules
  • Good experience in Solution design for these modules
  • Very good at managing users and working with stakeholders
  • Multiple Client facing experience
  • Should have conducted requirements gathering, designing, SIT and UAT

  • Direct interaction with the customer for continuous improvement
  • Solutioning and designing with exposure to Banking Finance Domain HR processes
