Join the NCAB Group as our
Nordic People & Culture Manager
Location: Head Office, Sundbyberg
Reports to: Global People & Culture Director
NCAB Group is a global leader in high-quality printed circuit boards (PCBs), serving over 45 countries with a strong local presence in 28 of them. Founded in Sweden in 1993 and publicly listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, we operate with full responsibility from design to delivery across industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial, Defence, and MedTech.
As we continue to grow organically and through acquisitions, we are now strengthening our Nordic leadership by hiring a Nordic People & Culture Manager. This is a new, highly visible role based at our group headquarters in Sollentuna – a unique opportunity for a passionate HR professional to make a tangible difference across a dynamic international region.
Your Role – Building the Future of People & Culture in the NordicsYou'll be the go-to HR expert and partner for all Nordic countries (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Poland). You'll also be part of NCAB's global People & Culture team and play a vital role in cultivating culture, driving change, and building robust people processes across the regions together with two P&C colleagues in Europe, two in the UK, one in US and two colleagues in Asia.
Your scope will be both strategic and operational – from developing performance and reward structures to automating admin routines and acting as a cultural integrator between countries.
Your key responsibilities:Own and continuously develop Compensation & Benefits strategy and operations – including salary reviews, bonus models, pension policies, and benchmarking.
Shape and harmonize our performance management processes and follow-up routines, aligning KPIs with business goals.
Improve and automate HR processes (e.g. payroll coordination, absence reporting, onboarding) in collaboration with our outsourced providers and using our HR system (Sympa).
Support our learning & development efforts – especially by enhancing the NCAB learning platform to include leadership and culture, not just sales.
Drive integration efforts following acquisitions, ensuring cultural alignment and smooth onboarding of new employees.
Be the culture carrier and HR representative at HQ – fostering our values and supporting local MDs and leaders in employee engagement and retention.
Partner with business leaders, including the Nordic Director and Global Sales Director, and collaborate with the global P&C team and your Germany-based manager.
Administer the basics – but also elevate the function, modernize workflows, and implement change.
We believe you are an experienced and self-driven HR professional who thrives in an international, entrepreneurial environment. You bring structure, energy, and heart into everything you do – and you're as comfortable preparing salary benchmarks as you are facilitating culture workshops.
We think you bring:A degree in HR, Business, or related field – and several years in senior HR roles, preferably in commercial or sales-driven environments.
Proven experience in Comp & Ben, performance architecture, and building rewards systems that drive behavior and commercial success.
A flair for structure and systems – you know how to automate, implement, and improve.
A hands-on mindset – you're happy doing admin tasks when needed but always think improvement.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build trust and navigate multiple stakeholders across geographies and levels.
Experience from change management and/or post-M&A integration is a strong plus.
Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Swedish or other Nordic languages is helpful.
NCAB is a values-driven company with a warm and transparent culture. Our three value words – Quality First, Strong Relationships, Full Responsibility – are lived across the business.
You'll be joining a welcoming environment where collaboration and growth are encouraged. The Nordic region is currently undergoing a transformation – and you will be central in shaping the people agenda moving forward.
You'll have the freedom and trust to shape your own role.
You'll be working close to decision-makers, with real impact.
You'll help build the next chapter of NCAB's HR journey – in a region with high growth, international exposure, and exciting strategic potential.
You'll be part of a global, listed company with a strong footprint and values that truly matter.
