Greater Jönköping Metropolitan Area, Sweden Zendr Full time

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to drive initiatives and keep our teams aligned as we build the next generation of our B2B freight platform. You'll work closely with engineering, product, QA, and UX to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with clear communication across stakeholders.

In this role you'll bridge teams, remove blockers, and bring structure to complex cross-functional work. You'll coordinate not just within tech, but also with other departments at Zendr; syncing on demos, collaborations, and shared initiatives. You'll be the person who keeps us on track - connecting the dots between strategy and execution, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coordinating moving parts, and gets energy from helping teams deliver impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery
  • Coordinate between engineering, product, QA, UX, and other internal departments
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and risks - and communicate status clearly
  • Facilitate planning sessions, sprint demos, and cross-department syncs
  • Identify and remove blockers to keep teams moving
  • Ensure documentation, timelines, and deliverables are well-maintained
  • Support sprint planning and backlog prioritization alongside Product Owners
  • Contribute to process improvements and help scale how we work as the team grows

About you

You're an experienced project manager who brings clarity to complexity. You're organized, proactive, and comfortable operating across technical and non-technical stakeholders. You know when to push, when to listen, and how to keep momentum without micromanaging.

You communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and are motivated by seeing teams succeed together.

We're looking for someone who has

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management
  • At least 5 years of experience working in tech or software environments
  • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects on time
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with engineering and product teams
  • Proficiency with Jira and similar project management tools
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve workflows and productivity

High value if you also bring

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or logistics/freight industry
  • Technical background or understanding of software development processes
  • Experience with scaling teams or processes in a high-growth environment
