Role Description

This is a full-time temporary role for an year that can be extended in Lund Sweden for our strategic partner. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to successful delivery, ensuring projects align with business goals. Day-to-day activities include overseeing project planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and monitoring project progress. The role also requires proactive problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project success.

Qualifications

  • Delivered multiple project particularly in the area of website transformation, ideally with Adobe/Optimizely
  • Strong project management and program management skills, with experience in planning and executing complex initiatives
  • Solid understanding of Information Technology principles, tools, and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving scenarios and decision-making
  • Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Prior experience in project planning and execution within a professional setting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Relevant degree or certification in project management, IT, or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in global organizations or multinational projects is beneficial
