About The Job
As our
Web and Digital Marketing Manager
, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence. You will shape how Smart Transport is experienced online and ensure we reach – and engage – the right audiences across markets.

This is a role for someone who loves creating measurable results, enjoys taking ownership, and thrives in an international environment. You will:

• Elevate and optimise the Smart Transport website to improve performance, relevance and user experience
• Lead our SEO and AI‑search efforts (SEO/GEO/AEO), turning insights and keyword strategies into higher visibility and stronger organic growth
• Analyse and translate digital performance data into clear actions that drive continuous improvement (GA, GSC, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Looker Studio)
• Support and strengthen paid acquisition initiatives with regional teams and agencies across Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta
• Work closely together with our Field Marketing Managers, our Content Manager and our Product Marketing manager for an optimal digital presence.
• Collaborate closely with our Global Digital Marketing Director to ensure alignment, consistency and impact

This role follows a hybrid working model, with 2–3 days per week in the office. The position can be based at any of our AddSecure offices in Sweden (Gothenburg or Stockholm), the Netherlands (Eindhoven), or Poland (Wroclaw).

About You
You combine a strategic mindset with real hands‑on drive. You understand how to build digital journeys that attract, engage and convert – and you enjoy working across teams, markets and cultures. We believe you bring:

• At least 3–5 years' experience in digital marketing/SEO, ideally within international B2B
• Strong skills in Google marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager)
• Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs/SEMrush, GSC, WordPress and Looker Studio
• Strong analytical abilities and structured project‑management skills
• Fluent English; additional European languages (Swedish/Dutch/Polish/German/French) are an advantage
