För kunds räkning söker vi en erfaren teknisk ledare som kan ta ett helhetsansvar för företagets tekniska strategi, systemarkitektur och utvecklingsmiljö. Rollen innebär att leda ett skickligt ingenjörsteam och driva samarbetet med produkt-, data- och driftorganisationer.

Rollen passar en senior ledare med gedigen erfarenhet av att bygga och skala SaaS-plattformar samt implementera moderna utvecklingsmetoder och AI-drivna lösningar. Du kommer att sätta riktningen för teknisk kvalitet, systemstabilitet och ingenjörskultur i hela organisationen.

Arbetsuppgifter:

  • Leda den tekniska strategin och utvecklingen av en molnbaserad SaaS-plattform.
  • Designa och vidareutveckla en skalbar och multi-tenant arkitektur för hög prestanda.
  • Säkerställa effektiv drift och utveckling av containerbaserad infrastruktur (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Samverka med data- och AI-team för att integrera maskininlärningsmodeller i produktionssystem.
  • Utveckla och underhålla MLOps-flöden och dataarkitektur (pipelines, lakes, warehouses).

Skall-krav:

  • Flera års erfarenhet i ledande teknisk roll, t.ex. Head of Engineering, CTO eller Principal Architect.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att designa och driva storskaliga distribuerade system.
  • Mycket god kunskap inom molnbaserad utveckling, containerisering och DevOps.
  • Erfarenhet av AI/ML-integrationer och MLOps-arbetsflöden i produktion.
  • Stark förståelse för dataarkitektur och lösningar för AI-anpassning.
  • Förmåga att omsätta affärs- och produktbehov till hållbara tekniska lösningar.

Meriterande:

  • Certifiering som AWS Cloud Solutions Architect Professional.
  • Erfarenhet av att bygga upp och leda tekniska organisationer i snabbväxande miljöer.
  • Tidigare arbete med globalt distribuerade team.
