At Renasens, we're a small team building something ambitious: a textile recycling technology that will change the world.

We have developed a waterless process using minimal energy and chemicals with a neutral impact on fiber quality. This allows us to recycle the most challenging textile waste: blended post-consumer polycotton in any colour, with any additives, composition, or quality, utilizing what is currently the most common yet unwanted fraction of textile waste.

We are now building a first-of-its kind facility in Borås, Sweden and looking for brilliant people to join our journey.

Role overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician with strong mechanical expertise in textile production to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day production, conduct tests, and work hands-on with our equipment and processes to ensure high-quality output.

Your insights will also help us identify improvements and drive continuous optimization across the production line.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor textile processing machines involved in recycling and spinning, as well as managing fabric flows.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on mechanical equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Assist in equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting during testing and production runs.
• Ensure that machinery and workplace remain clean, safe, and functional.
• Report mechanical issues or process deviations clearly and promptly.
• Help document procedures and suggest improvements based on practical experience.
