This next chapter comes with exciting challenges — and we're looking for a Product Analyst who's eager to take them on.

The role
As a Product Analyst you will architect measurement frameworks, drive clarity in our data strategy, and own our product metrics from the ground up. You'll get to build from scratch. You will have the rare chance to architect our product analytics foundation and shape how we measure success.

Today we have a data-driven culture, great SQL expertise, and several dashboards. What we lack is ownership: clear ownership of metrics, experiments, and product data infrastructure. That's where you come in: to define, build, and drive.

You will have real impact - your work will directly influence how we build products, how we learn, and how we grow. You'll have ownership & autonomy - no micromanaging. We trust you to take initiative, set direction, and get things done.

You Will

• Define our measurement framework Partner with Data Engineering to design and build the infrastructure we need: define the metrics that matter, identify gaps in our data abstractions, and ensure a clean, scalable product analytics foundation.
• Upgrade our experimentation Take a critical look at our AB testing infrastructure. Propose, build, and implement a more robust system for experiments, so we can learn faster and make better product decisions.
• Work hands-on with analysis and systems Dive into data, both by doing analyses and by building the systems that power it. You'll help set up dataflows, aggregations, and processes.
• Manage stakeholders across teams Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, engineers, and more.
• Own important metrics You'll help define what "success" means for Anyfin's product features. You'll track and report on those metrics, follow up on product performance, and iterate on how to improve.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience from data-driven organizations. You've seen how analytics can be done well, ideally in places that scale or iterate quickly.
• Strong SQL and BI skills (in any BI tool).
• Experience from digital products, bonus if it's from the financial sector.
• Ownership mindset. This is a greenfield role. You won't be handed a detailed playbook - you will define what needs doing, build it, and own the outcome. You're not just executing; you're building.
• Product and business fluency. You understand how business goals translate into product metrics, and how product decisions affect business outcomes.
• It's a plus if you're familiar with Python.
