Your role as SEO Consultant

SEO Consultant at Curamando is an advisory-focused role combining hands-on SEO expertise with growth strategy. In this role, you work with organic traffic acquisition as a growth driver for our clients, and you are responsible for both execution and advisory, translating data into actions and business impact. You will work closely with our clients and senior colleagues to plan, execute and optimize SEO initiatives, while also advising on growth strategy, channel mix and investment decisions.

You have strong hands-on expertise in SEO and traffic acquisition, with hands-on knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. You understand the intricacies of how strong SEO and UX work impact conversion.

You stay up to date with AI developments and understand how AI-powered search experiences affect visibility and traffic. Most importantly, you can turn these changes into practical SEO strategies that support business growth.

What will you do?

• Drive and develop SEO strategies in collaboration with clients and senior consultants

• Translate SEO and growth strategy into concrete roadmaps, actionable tactics, and measurable KPIs.

• Analyze data from SEO tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems to translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations and growth plans.

• Execution of SEO initiatives, including technical SEO, content and on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and experimentation.

• Get hands-on where it adds value, performing keyword research and technical SEO audits to support prioritization, execution, and results.

• Assess the impact of AI-driven search developments (such as AI Overviews and AI mode) and translate these into forward-looking GEO strategies and practical actions.

• Collaborate closely with analysts, UX/UI specialists, Paid Media consultants, business consultants, developers, and product owners to ensure SEO is integrated into holistic growth strategies.

• Present SEO analyses and recommendations to client stakeholders, including management, often together with senior colleagues

• Identify and highlight commercial and growth opportunities, and support senoir colleagues in business development activities.

What do you bring?

• You have a completed university degree or have a YH examination, preferably in (digital) business, marketing, economics, data science, or a related field.

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience (for example as a digital marketing consultant, SEO consultant, digital growth strategist)

• You have hands-on experience in organic marketing, and an understanding of paid marketing (SEM, SoMe) and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actions. Using tools such as Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, peekAI, AlsoAsked, GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar.

• You have affinity with AI and preferably experience with AI tooling that transforms the digital marketing arena.

• You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.

• You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
