Om rollen

I rollen som Invoicing & Reporting Coordinator blir du en viktig del av vårt admin/invoicing team inom serviceorganisationen.

Du ansvarar för att fakturering till kund utförs enligt givna direktiv, instruktioner och avtal. Rollen innebär även:

  • Hantering av kunders kundreskontra (uppföljning av betalningar, avstämningar och kontakt med kunder).
  • Underhåll av kundportaler samt övriga administrativa uppgifter.
  • Skapande och analys av rapporter i Power BI samt arbete med Excel för att säkerställa kvalitet och effektivitet.
  • Bidra till utveckling av processer och effektivisering.

Du kommer ha en bred kontaktyta med kunder och servicetekniker för uppföljning och säkerställande av att fakturaunderlag är korrekt.

Vem är du?

Vi tror att du:

  • Har förmåga att skapa struktur, är noggrann och serviceminded.
  • Har tidigare erfarenhet av fakturering, kundreskontra eller administration.
  • Har mycket god datorvana, särskilt i Excel (pivottabeller, formler) och gärna erfarenhet av Power BI.
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska obehindrat i tal och skrift.

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning på heltid med placering på vårt kontor i Landskrona. Tidsbegränsad prövotid om 6 månaders visstidsanställning kan förekomma. För frågor om tjänsten hänvisar vi till Admin & Invoice Manager:
