We're now looking for a creative and driven Event Project Manager to join our Marketing team for a temporary assignment (approx. 12–18 months). About the role: 

As Event Project Manager, you'llbe responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of both physical and digital events, ensuring a high-quality experience across all touchpoints—before, during, and after each meeting. You'll develop concepts, shape strategic themes, brief speakers, and curate content that aligns with SEB's brand and business goals. 

You'll collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to define purpose, ambitions, and targets, and act as a trusted advisor to the business when they arrange their own meetings. You'll also contribute to SEB's overall event calendar and strengthen our partnerships through meaningful engagements. 

You'll be part of the Event, Studio & Art team, a group of 11 passionate professionals who manage SEB's full event portfolio. The role reports to the Head of Event, Studio & Art. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading projects for both digital and physical events, from concept to execution 
• Developing content and agendas with a 360° marketing perspective 
• Ensuring seamless logistics and high production value 
• Supporting strategic alignment and business impact through events

• You have creativity, curiosity, and the courage to challenge the status quo 

  You have at least three years of relevant experience in marketing or event management, preferably with agency background. A university degree in a related field is desired, and fluency in English is required. What we offer:
