Head of Analytics, Product

We are seeking a strategic and impact-driven Head of Analytics to lead and develop our high-performing analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will shape our analytics strategy and champion a data-driven culture that directly influences product strategy and business decisions. Own the analytics strategy for our product, embedding a culture of deep user understanding and rigorous experimentation to define and measure success, directly shaping our product roadmap and business outcomes.

What You'll Do:

• Drive BusinessProductFinancial Empowerment
  : Use data to generate insights that shape innovative product and business strategies, advancing Lunar's mission.
• Lead and Mentor:
  Build, mentor, and lead a team of senior and expert data analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Strategic Analytics:
  Develop and execute a data-driven analytics strategy aligned with Lunar's business objectives and vision.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  Partner with product, engineering, design, and other teams to define data requirements and promote a data-centric culture.
• Champion an Experimentation Culture:
  Build and scale our A/B testing and experimentation program, bringing the best learning practices and frameworks.
• Data Ecosystem Optimization:
  Collaborate with Engineering, Data Engineering, and Analytics Engineering to ensure a robust, end-to-end data ecosystem, providing timely and actionable insights (KPIs, dashboards, reports, and strategic analyses).
• Data-Driven Decision Making:
  Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations that drive strategic decisions and business outcomes.
• Efficient Processes for Ad-Hoc Requests:
  Establish streamlined processes for managing and prioritizing data requests, ensuring efficient self-service and support across the organization.

  Experience building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing analytics team.
• Strategic Thinking & Execution:
  Ability to translate business and product objectives into actionable analytics strategies and drive measurable results.
• Exceptional Communication & Collaboration:
  Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Agile Proficiency:
  Experience working in a fast-paced and iterative environment.
• Proactive & Results-Oriented:
  A high-energy, driven individual with a passion for innovation.
• Data Technology Expertise:
  Up-to-date understanding of the evolving data technology landscape, ensuring Lunar stays at the forefront of innovation.
• Fluent English:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Financial Services
  (nice to have). The ideal candidate has previous experience in banking, fintech or related domains or in a high-growth B2C, product-led tech company..
