Do you want to be involved in developing the production of the future in a role where technology, improvement work and innovation are at the center? We are now looking for a
Produktion Engineer
for our manufacturing site in Kalmar – a key role focused on improving production processes and driving technical development.

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for technical development of production procedures and processes,
• Ensure that instructions and current process descriptions are up-to-date and effective,
• Be responsible for deviations on incoming goods and pursue claims in collaboration with purchasing and development,
• Program and further develop our collaborative robot, an important part of accessory production,
• Actively contribute to improvement work according to Permobil Lean System (PLS) and drive development projects.

• Humble, with an unpretentious attitude and willingness to learn and share knowledge,
• Educational, so that you can support colleagues and contribute to understanding and development in the team.

Who You Are
We are looking for someone who has experience in production engineering or construction and who wants to take the next step in their career as Produktion Engineer. We believe that you are technically skilled and have experience of designing in CAD.

You are structured, solution-oriented and thrive in a role where you get to combine technology with improvement work.
