Join Our Team

You will serve as our Junior Legal Counsel and be a key member of our Legal team. You will be responsible for day to day legal and regulatory support for the business, as well as manage essential corporate and regulatory processes. The role combines hands-on legal work with management of registrations & licenses, and other administrative responsibilities. You will report to our Head of Legal Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Provide timely and practical legal advice to business units and support functions on day-to-day matters
• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, outsourcing contracts, confidentiality agreements, and vendor contracts
• Manage the company update of company internal policies and guidelines
• Manage registrations and licenses in Latin America
• Manage changes in company structure, including board member updates and management changes
• Prepare and submit change of control approvals and ownership notifications
• Prepare and obtain certificates of residence, solvency, and good standing
• Handle notary work and registration certificates
• Review and process NDAs and other standard agreements
• Ensure timely payment of regulatory and administrative fees

Your Skills And Abilities Should Include

• LL.M. or equivalent legal education with 2-3 years of experience
• Having experience in Corporate Law is an advantage
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent legal analysis skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Effective communication skills
