We've signed up to an ambitious journey. Join us
As Arrive, we guide customers and communities towards brighter futures and more livable cities, it isn't a challenge just anyone could take on. Luckily, we have something to help us make it happen. Our people and our values. We Arrive Curious, Focused and Together. About The Role
As a
Product Manager
on the
Payment Orchestration
team, you'll lead one of the most strategic and impactful areas within Arrive's Payments organization. Payment Orchestration serves as the
brain of our real-time payment engine
— determining billing models, routing logic, retry strategies, and optimizing cost and success across markets, methods, and providers.

You'll collaborate with engineering, finance, payment teams, Risk, and PSP partners to ensure our payment flows are intelligent, adaptive, and cost-efficient — with logic that responds to risk signals, regional rules, and customer needs.

If you're passionate about
complex decisioning systems, optimization, and platform-scale payments
, this is a unique opportunity to make a global impact.

Vision
Deliver an
intelligent, adaptive, and cost-efficient
orchestration engine that ensures every transaction succeeds at the
lowest possible cost and risk
.

Your Mission
Design and evolve the infrastructure that decides
how, when, and where transactions are routed, retried, and billed
.

Lead the strategy to
maximize payment success
and
minimize processing and interchange costs
across regions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead with Logic: Define how transactions are handled based on market, customer type, payment method, and risk. Design and refine our billing logic and understand the dependencies between payment flows and orchestration rules.
  • Own the Strategy: Take ownership of our retry logic and smart fallback handling. You'll champion strategies that future-proof our ability to intelligently route, retry, and recover payments.
  • Optimize for Impact: Lead initiatives to optimize processing, acquiring, and interchange costs without sacrificing performance. You'll define our multi-processor strategy to reduce dependency and leverage best-in-class routing.
  • Collaborate Across the Ecosystem: Work with payment, risk, fraud, and finance teams to ensure our orchestration logic aligns with our overall payment strategy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory frameworks.
  • Empower Your Team: Provide clear product direction and act as the orchestration domain expert. Inspire your team to solve the right problems and foster a strong product-engineering partnership.

You'll Thrive If You

  • Have experience with payment routing, retry logic, or orchestration engines in PSP, fintech, or eCommerce environments.
  • Understand billing models, card scheme logic, and cost structures (processing, acquiring, interchange).
  • Are data-driven, using metrics to guide prioritization and decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly across technical, commercial, and leadership teams.
  • Enjoy tackling complex, technical, and cross-market challenges.
  • Take initiative, drive results, and leverage data to improve flow success and cost efficiency.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in payments or product management, ideally focused on digital payment solutions or orchestration.
  • Experience across European and U.S. markets, with knowledge of regulatory and scheme requirements.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Strong understanding of card schemes, regional regulations, and compliance frameworks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of scaling payment platforms and driving customer-centric growth.
  • Skilled in API-led development, agile methodologies, and data analysis.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in global, distributed teams.
