Your mission

As a Business Performance Partner, you take ownership of two major functions and work closely with our Vice Presidents and their leadership teams to deliver proactive, strategic financial insights that create real business value. Together with Business Controllers, you build the next generation of finance support which is critical in our strategy execution.

What this looks like in practice:

• Partner with senior leaders to provide insights that influence decisions and drive results.
• Build and enhance financially driven strategic insights, support strategy implementation, evaluate alternative scenarios, run investment evaluations, and manage performance.
• Drive efficiencies and cost management in a structured, impactful way.
• Champion digital transformation by leveraging data, analytics, and automation for smarter, faster insights.
• Collaborate across functions to support innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

This role sits within a strong and collaborative team of another Business Performance Partner and six Business Controllers, representing significant expertise across our business control community.

You're based in Sandviken or Stockholm and have a hybrid setup where you can combine office and remote work. Other locations may be considered for candidates already employed within the company.

Your profile

Bringing experience from senior finance roles such as Senior Business Controller or Senior FP&A, you combine a strong understanding of how strategy drives financial performance with a proven track record of related achievements.

Success in this role comes from curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative team approach. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy challenging the status quo, and bring energy and confidence to drive change. We face challenges together and succeed as a team; you are truly happy to see others in the team excel. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to build trust and influence at senior levels. Analytical skills are second nature, and you're comfortable turning complex data into actionable insights.
