We're now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who wants to develop models and intelligent systems for environments where precision, robustness and trust are essential. You'll work with real-world data, scalable pipelines and cloud-native ML solutions that support complex decision-making in high-integrity domains.

What you'll do

  • Design, train and optimize machine learning models for real-world, safety-aware applications.
  • Build scalable data pipelines, feature engineering workflows and cloud-based ML training and inference systems.
  • Work hands-on with Python, modern ML frameworks and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure model quality through experimentation, evaluation, validation and automated testing.
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, domain experts and product teams to translate challenging problems into measurable impact.
  • Apply engineering best practices to create explainable, maintainable and reliable ML systems.

What you bring

  • Experience in machine learning, deep learning or advanced data analysis.
  • Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Hands-on experience building end-to-end ML solutions from data to deployment.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, cloud platforms and production-oriented workflows.
  • Understanding of or interest in safety-critical or regulated environments.
  • A mindset centered on quality, stability, long-term thinking and responsible AI practices.
