Performance Marketer – Dutch Market, Sweden-based

We are looking for a Performance Marketer from the Netherlands who is currently based in Sweden to help us grow our Dutch market.

The position is based in Borås or Stockholm. Depending on your previous experience, the role can be tailored to a junior or mid-level performance marketing position. What matters most to us is that you are the right person, with a strong passion for marketing and solid insights into the Dutch market.

As a Performance Marketer, you will support the daily operations across multiple markets in our paid marketing channels. You'll work closely with team members to help optimize performance, update ad content, and ensure our campaigns run smoothly. Your role involves assisting with budget monitoring, uploading new ads, preparing reports, and participating in tests that help us learn and grow within digital marketing.

You will collaborate with other teams including Social Media, Creative and Influencer Marketing to ensure we have relevant, timely, and high-quality content for each market. This role is a great opportunity to develop your skills in performance marketing and contribute to the continued growth of RevolutionRace.

Tasks & Key responsibilities:

• Support daily optimization tasks, including spend adjustments and follow-ups in our paid marketing channels

• Assist with uploading ads and helping ensure that our content is updated and varied across assigned markets

• Prepare and structure requests for new ad content

• Help gather insights through analysis, reporting, and follow-ups to support decision-making within the team

• Participate in ongoing tests to contribute to the development of RevolutionRace's digital marketing strategies

• Maintain structure and accuracy in campaign setups, naming systems, and workflows

Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager, or a strong interest in learning these platforms

• Originally from the Netherlands, or possessing strong knowledge of the Dutch language and culture

• Experience from internships, school projects, or junior roles in digital marketing

• Strong communication skills in Dutch, Swedish and English. Fluency in German, Polish, French, or Danish is considered an advantage
