Vi söker nu en senior och affärsdriven Key Account Manager med gedigen erfarenhet från port- och dörrbranschen till vårt kontor i Kista, Stockholm.
Om rollen*
Som Senior Key Account Manager hos KONE Door Business får du ett strategiskt ansvar för att utveckla och stärka relationen med våra mest betydelsefulla nordiska kunder. Du arbetar långsiktigt med att driva försäljningstillväxt, öka lönsamheten och säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet. Rollen innebär att du leder arbetet med nyckelkonton utifrån en tydlig affärsstrategi, i nära samarbete med kollegor inom sälj, teknik och service.

Du kommer även att ha en viktig roll som mentor och stöd för andra säljare i teamet, där din erfarenhet från port- och dörrverksamheten blir en nyckel till framgång.

Du rapporterar till vår nordiska Commercial & Operations Manager i KDB.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har minst 10 års erfarenhet av Key Account Management, gärna i en nordisk kontext.
  • Har kunskap om port- och dörrbranschen, inklusive dess affärslogik och kundbehov.
  • Har erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla andra, både formellt och informellt.
  • Är skicklig på att bygga starka kundrelationer och interna nätverk.
  • Har ett strategiskt affärstänk och drivs av att skapa resultat.
  • Är van att arbeta självständigt, strukturerat och med högt tempo.
  • Kommunicerar obehindrat på skandinaviska språk samt engelska, som är vårt koncernspråk.
