Your role
As an Analytics Engineer at Roxtec, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between data engineering and analytics. You will design, build, and optimize robust data pipelines and models that empower analysts and business users to make data-driven decisions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and innovative mindset will have a real impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows.
- Design and implement efficient data models for analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with data analysts, BI developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across platforms.
- Implement best practices for data governance, documentation, and version control.
- Stay current with modern data stack technologies and trends to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
Your profile
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Experience working in Power BI and DAX.
- Fluent in swedish and english
- EU citizen
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience in data modeling.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with relational databases and APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in modern data stack tools (e.g., BigQuery, Dataform, Power BI).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS.
- Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of data governance frameworks and metadata management.
