About This Opportunity
The Global Investment team is part of the Fundamental Equities team, the largest equity boutique in Nordea Asset Management. Nordea is a leading Nordic asset manager with growing international presence and AUM of €296 billion and 930 employees as of 2Q 2025.
In the Global Investment team, we manage high conviction portfolios based on fundamental analysis, including our sustainable flagship portfolios Global Sustainable STARS, and North American Sustainable STARS. We have a highly disciplined investment process developed over the past 11 years of global fundamental investing. This team and process have attracted some of the most discerning clients in the Nordics, Continental Europe, US and Asia.
The Global team is operating out of Stockholm and includes 7 investment professionals. A diverse team, Fundamental Equities is comprised of 33 investment professionals and 15 nationalities and languages are represented.
The selected Portfolio Manager will co-manage the Global Sustainable STARS and North American Sustainable STARS and contribute to idea generation and general investment process in our Global team.
What you'll be doing:
- Co-manage an active, high conviction fundamental Sustainable STARS portfolios according to investment mandate requirements
- Contribute to idea generation and general investment process
- Incorporate fundamental and sustainability factors into the valuation process and document impact on investment decisions
- Consistently reach out for knowledge sharing in the Fundamental Equities team
- Articulate effectively about the Global investment strategies positioning and investment process
To perform well in this role as the Portfolio Manager, you will need to display effective collaboration skills and ability to thrive in an open intellectual constructive environment.

Your Experience And Background
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a generalist fundamental equity PM
- Well-articulated, thorough, consistent and logical investment process
- Demonstrated skill in assessing and managing risk effectively
- Great client interaction capabilities
- Drive to integrate sustainability aspects in investment decision making process
- Possesses a drive to succeed coupled with ability to work effectively in an international team
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
