Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in one of the world's leading technology companies? ASUS is on the lookout for a passionate HR Manager to join our Nordic team on a fixed-term contract (maternity leave cover) and play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives and processes.

As the HR Manager for the Nordics, you'll be an essential part of the entire employee journey, from pre-boarding to exit. Acting as both a strategic and operational partner, you will closely collaborate with managers and Nordic Country heads to ensure HR practices align with business objectives. This role offers a unique blend of global HR coordination, collaborating closely with our headquarters in Taiwan and the autonomy to spearhead HR projects tailored for the Nordic countries.

You will lead the HR team, currently consisting of one team member.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from pre-boarding to exit.
  • Act as a strategic and operational business partner to managers and Nordic Country heads.
  • Collaborate with HQ in Taiwan, the admin team, and managers to enhance HR development.
  • Drive recruitment efforts using platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Navigate labor law and employee relations to ensure compliance and a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee HR-admin tasks, including office contracts, leasing cars, and HR system management.
  • Support and coordinate other administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications and Background:

  • 4+ years of experience in HR, preferably as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or in a similar HR role.
  • Understanding of how HR impacts business success.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Swedish. Knowledge of an additional Nordic language is a plus.
  • Previous experience using LinkedIn as a recruitment tool is a plus.
  • Managerial experience is advantageous but not required.
