We're now looking for a
Content Intern/LIA (TikTok)

who wants to turn trends into conversions and scroll-stopping content into actual business results. You'll work closely with our experienced marketing team in a hands-on role where your creative ideas and execution will directly impact our growth.

What You'll Do

Content Production & Distribution

  • Film and edit TikToks daily (UGC, POV, voice-over, product demos, educational content, day-in-the-life)
  • Shoot authentic, mobile-first content that feels native to the platform
  • Publish, schedule, and optimize content across TikTok
  • Test different hooks, formats, and CTAs to maximize performance

Creative Strategy & Concepting

  • Brainstorm weekly content ideas with the team, based on trending audio, memes, formats, and cultural moments
  • Translate product benefits into relatable, engaging storytelling
  • Develop concepts for campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal moments, and paid media

Trend Analysis & Competitor Research

  • Monitor what's working on TikTok right now, sounds, transitions, editing styles, narrative structures
  • Analyze competitor content and identify white space opportunities
  • Stay ahead of the culture to keep KÄLLA relevant

Performance Analysis & Optimization

  • Track key metrics: views, CTR, engagement rate, watch time, conversion signals
  • Analyze what content drives results and suggest data-driven improvements
  • Learn how content performance ties to customer acquisition and revenue

  • Platform-native

: You're an active TikTok user who understands the difference between content that performs and content that flops
- Comfortable on camera

: You're not afraid to be the face of the brand
- Mobile content creator

: You know your way around CapCut, TikTok's editor, or InShot
- Fast and iterative

: You generate ideas quickly, test them, learn, and move on
- Detail-oriented

: Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
- Proactive and organized

: You don't wait to be told what to do, you see opportunities and act
- Wellness-curious

: You care about health, wellbeing, and helping people make better choices
