As Business Manager for our Single Dwelling Unit (SDU) segment, you'll have full commercial ownership of one of our most strategically key areas in Sweden. You'll be responsible for what we sell, how we price it, and how the business performs with the numbers to match.

This role works across the organization and interacts with senior stakeholders, without having direct reports. Instead, you influence through facts, insights, and clarity. If you like having broad responsibility and aren't afraid to dig into both big strategy and operational questions, this is the right place for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Set the commercial strategy for SDU (Fiber-to-the-home) and define the product and price offering
  • Own the P&L, budget and forecasting for your area
  • Follow up on results and turn insights into actions
  • Lead cross-functional projects and align with marketing, sales, operations, and other teams
  • Build clear presentations and communicate with stakeholders across the company

To Thrive In This Role, We Think You Bring

  • A university degree in business, economics, or engineering
  • Experience with commercial strategy, pricing, P&L, budget and forecasting
  • Experience leading cross-functional work or projects
  • Confidence presenting and working with stakeholders in both Swedish and English
  • Experience from telecom or fiber is a plus, but not a must.
