About the role

As Group Tax Reporting Controller,

you'll

play a key role in connecting the dots between Tax

and

Accounting

.

Reporting to the Group Head of Tax,

you'll

work across teams and countries to ensure our tax reporting is

accurate

, forward-looking, and aligned with our values.

You'll

take ownership of the Group's tax reporting and forecasting processes, supporting everything from IFRS-to-local book reconciliations to deferred tax calculations and corporation tax forecasting.

You'll

also help guide subsidiaries through the tax reporting cycle, ensuring consistency and clarity across regions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Audit IFRS to local books and local books to tax differences

• Coordinating tax data collection across subsidiaries.

• Supporting tax forecasting and provision processes.

• Coaching and advising finance teams across our countries on tax reporting best practices.

• You'll

also be part of cross-functional initiatives, lending your

expertise

to special projects that shape the future of how we work with tax across the Group.

What you bring

We're

looking for someone who combines solid technical knowledge with a natural ability to connect and collaborate.

You

probably have

a background in accounting, finance, or tax, with a few years' experience in

corporate tax reporting.

You understand the ins and outs of tax accounting and financial reporting, and

you're

comfortable navigating international tax regulations. But just as importantly, you know how to translate complexity into clarity, whether

you're

coaching colleagues, preparing reports, or jumping into a cross-functional project.

You're

at ease working in systems like Oracle

, and you communicate fluently in English.

But beyond the tools and titles, what sets you apart is your ability to bring people along, to build bridges between teams, and to create a sense of shared purpose in the work you do.
