We are looking for Master Data Management Specialist for a global company in Gothenburg.
Start is ASAP, 6 month's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
Job Description:
Deliver robust Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities that enable trusted Customer/Product master data for operations and analytics. The role focuses on data modelling, Profisee configuration, data quality and stewardship, and integration specifications—working in Agile sprints tracked in Jira and collaborating closely with various departments to understand their data needs and implement solutions, delivering solutions together with other Data & Analytics teams to land high‑quality, governed master data management flows on our enterprise platform (Profisee + Snowflake).
Required Key Skills:
- Hands‑on Profisee: entities/attributes, match/merge, survivorship, DQ rules, workflows, stewardship and security.
- Define integration requirements, data contracts and publish/consume patterns between Profisee and Snowflake.
- Strong data modelling across conceptual/logical/physical layers; hierarchy/reference data design.
- Integration literacy: understands Snowflake concepts (schemas, keys, data‑sharing) and how to specify contracts for engineers—no pipeline coding required.
- Agile & Jira: epics/stories, DoR/DoD, sprint ceremonies, metrics, dashboards.
- DevOps awareness for Profisee solutions (e.g., Azure DevOps/Git for versioning and promotion).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder communication; ability to translate policies into executable MDM rules and workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
- Establish golden record, survivorship, hierarchies and attribute standards; document lineage and semantics.
Nice‑to‑Have
- Exposure to Salesforce/Veeva, ModelN, SAP/S4 or similar enterprise systems.
- Experience publishing mastered data for analytics/BI consumption.
Familiarity with Profisee Aisey.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 4-6 years in MDM/data governance solution design roles with delivered match/merge, survivorship, DQ, stewardship.
- Demonstrable Profisee delivery; adjacent platforms (SAP MDG/Informatica) a plus.
- Degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English is required.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is ASAP, 6 month's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
