Graphic Designer to H&M HOME

We are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Graphic Designer with an impeccable taste and a strong eye for commercial design to join our Interior Design team and help shape the future of H&M HOME.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

As Graphic Designer at H&M HOME, you will take ownership of our graphic expression across products, focusing on typography and packaging design. You'll work closely with Product and Print Designers and collaborate across multiple product teams to ensure every graphic element is consistent, commercial and aligned with our brand identity. 

Your responsibilities include… 

• Designing inspiring and commercial graphics based on customer insights, trends and competitor analysis 
• Leading the development of product packaging and graphic elements, ensuring alignment with print techniques and product purpose 
• Creating strong typographic concepts and coordinating visual elements into cohesive designs 
• Reviewing samples and prototypes, refining artwork to meet quality and design standards 
• Collaborating across teams to set timelines that support a creative and efficient design process 
• Staying informed about selling insights and using them to guide future graphic direction 

WHO YOU ARE 

You're a creative thinker with a strong sense of style and a passion for interior design. You understand our customer and know how to translate insights into graphic concepts that are both inspiring and commercial. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of your work. 

We're looking for someone with… 

• A degree in graphic design (BA or MA), or equivalent experience 
• 3+ years' experience working with graphic design in an interior, design-/brand agency or fashion context 
• Strong expertise in typography and packaging design 
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) 
• Knowledge of print and manufacturing techniques 
• Experience from global markets and understanding of diverse customer groups is highly valued

• Customer-focused, with a clear understanding of our target audience 
• Skilled in building graphic concepts and coordinating visual elements 
• Structured and collaborative, with excellent communication skills 
• Self-driven, with a proactive mindset and a desire to improve ways of working
