As our Store Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in consumer experience, maximizing store sales, and leading and developing a high-performing team. Peak Performance is part of Amer Sports which is a global community of some of the world's most recognized, credible, and respected sports and outdoor brands.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Store Manager to lead our flagship store on Biblioteksgatan, Stockholm. Step into this prime location and guide a team of 10 dedicated employees towards retail success

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving sales targets, KPIs and driving profitability for the store.
  • Ensure excellence in consumer experience in the store by modeling brand-specific service standards.
  • Leading and managing a high-performing team and ensuring their ongoing development and motivation. 
  • Attract, recruit, and hire high talent and actively maintain a succession plan within the store.
  • Ensuring compliance with operational and administrative policies and procedures and managing store expenses within budget.
  • Protect company assets and ensure compliance with company safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and profit results.
  • Proven work experience as a leader with a track record of team motivation and positive sales results.
  • Good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.
  • Ability to build, lead, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Good decision-making ability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal or professional experience with outdoor sports is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the collective agreement.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays.
