About Us
Legora is on a mission: to redefine how legal work gets done. From the very start we have been very clear about the fact that we are not building a solution for lawyers, we are building it with them, because it is the only way to make sure it gets done the right way; working side-by-side every step of the way.

Our AI-native workspace empowers legal professionals not just to work faster - but to ask better questions, unlock new insights. Every day, we push the boundaries of legal tech to make complex processes smarter, faster, and more human. From thousands of documents analysed in minutes to intelligent workflows designed in collaboration with leading practices, we're turning possibility into reality.

Today we are trusted by global firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Bird & Bird and Linklaters in over 40 countries, but we have no plans on stopping here. We ship fast, we iterate effectively, and we scale rapidly - not by accident, but by design.

When you join Legora, you become part of a team that believes "good enough" isn't good enough and that the way to win is together, by empowering lawyers to do their best work with technology that truly understands them. If you're excited by building from first principles, working with exceptional people, and accelerating change in a high-stakes, high-impact domain—then this is the moment and the place.

We're not just shaping the future of legal tech — we're defining it. Ready to join us in building the intelligent future of law?
The role
As a
Lead Technical Program Manager for AI Evaluations
, you'll drive the strategy and execution of our evaluation efforts from inception to release. You will own the evals roadmap end-to-end in partnership with product and engineering to enable faster and better product delivery. You'll also coordinate across internal stakeholders and external vendors to plan, track, and deliver initiatives, while implementing monitoring systems and analyzing outcomes to translate insights into actionable feedback.

As our platform scales rapidly, you'll play a central role in building a world-class evaluation function that ensures the performance, reliability, and integrity of our product matches our ambition.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Manage evaluation projects end-to-end: own timelines, deliverables and internal and external resources across the full range of evaluation needs and initiatives.
  • Define evaluation objectives, methods, and success criteria in partnership with product, engineering and legal engineering teams.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams to ensure evaluation strategies are not only aligned with product goals and technical capabilities but also actively facilitate the creation of evaluations to enable faster and better product delivery.
  • Coordinate external contributors, from legal experts and research partners to client companies, and integrate their input into evaluations that drive capabilities. You'll define scopes, onboard contributors, and ensure high-quality outputs that meet technical and product standards.
  • Evaluate and translate results of evaluation into real improvements for the product and engineering.

Who You Are

  • Strong academic background in business, data or engineering and related fields, with a degree from a top-tier university.
  • 5+ years of experience as a management consultant, product manager, lead program manager or a similar strategy-driven role in fast growing organizations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects, including stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
  • Experience in solving large-scale, ambiguous problem sets and bringing structure and clarity while delivering on key objectives.
  • Excellent communicator who can simplify and align technical and business goals.
  • Interest in and understanding of AI models, evaluation methods, and AI product development.
  • Energized by building from scratch — hands-on, pragmatic, and motivated by getting things over the line. You don't get hung up on details, but push through to get things done.
