Assignment

Professional Galaxy looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst who will collaborate with our E-commerce Product Owner to develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, feature specifications, and process flows.

Assist in creating visually compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, aligning with brand guidelines and project goals.

Gather input from cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, marketing, and sales) to ensure documentation and presentations are accurate and up-to-date.

Organize and maintain a centralized repository for all product-related materials for easy access by team members.

Research and implement best practices in product documentation and presentation to enhance clarity and engagement.

Support workshop facilitation by preparing materials and synthesizing outcomes into actionable summaries.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within e-commerce or digital transformation.


• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Jira, Confluence).


• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional, agile teams.


• Ability to document both technical and business processes with precision and clarity.


• Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem solving.

Qualifications:


• Experience working in global organizations or with international teams.


• Exposure to UX/UI principles and ability to translate technical requirements into user-friendly documentation.


• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital product development, or CRM systems.


• Experience in workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement.
