Senior Product Owner

You'll help shape how millions of customers experience Entercard online and in our app — ensuring every interaction is reliable, intuitive, and secure. This role offers both delivery ownership and visibility — working closely with senior leaders in Digital, Tech, and Commercial to build customer value in a compliant and efficient way.

You'll play a central role in strengthening governance, vendor collaboration, and delivery performance across Entercard's digital channels.

Our Mobile Apps and Internet Banking teams deliver Entercard's core digital experiences across iOS, Android, and web for over 1.5 million customers in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. We enable secure, compliant, and intuitive self-service for credit card and loan customers—working closely with Tech, UX, Customer Service, Commercial, Risk, and Legal/Compliance to ensure stable, customer-centric delivery.

We combine disciplined execution with customer insight to continuously improve the digital experience across channels.

As Senior Product Owner, you will own and evolve the channel roadmap for Entercard's App and Internet Banking experiences. Your focus is to turn strategy into structured, efficient delivery — ensuring features are robust, compliant, and aligned across teams and markets. You bring the right balance of technical understanding, delivery discipline, and user empathy, helping Entercard deliver digital products that are safe, stable, and simple to use.

You are a product leader who:

• Own and prioritize the App and Internet Banking backlogs, securing clarity and traceability of all items
• Translate strategy and epics into actionable stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Lead the end-to-end delivery process — from discovery through release — ensuring alignment with Tech, Design, and Compliance
• Partner with developers, designers, and analysts to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Manage dependencies across Digital Channels, Commercial, and Tech to ensure cohesive cross-channel experiences
• Coordinate offshore and vendor teams to ensure quality, governance, and timely delivery
• Act as product point-of-contact during critical incidents, ensuring clear communication and post-incident follow-up
• Facilitate workshops to translate business objectives into measurable customer outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery governance, documentation, and ways of working

• 5+ years in digital product ownership/management (apps, web, or fintech)
• Solid understanding of technical dependencies (APIs, architecture, integrations) and agile delivery governance
• Proven experience managing offshore or vendor teams and driving measurable delivery outcomes (quality, speed, or stability).
• Strong collaboration and facilitation skills — able to connect Tech, Design, and Business effectively
• Calm, structured communicator who thrives under pressure
• Bonus: Experience in credit cards, digital payments, or regulated industries
