Job Overview

The Operations Manager would be responsible to lead, monitor and implement the operational activities for Aldelia in the location specified. The person shall be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.

She/he shall manage, analyse, and improve organizational processes, and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency. The person shall oversee the running of the office and overall support to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist in creating, growing, and supporting the business entity.

  2. Oversee daily operations of the entity and the work of relative departments.

  3. Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the country head.

  4. Partner with the finance team to achieve favourable financial results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, systems, reporting and controls.

  5. Manage relationships with local unions

  6. Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the operational condition of the entity.

  7. Ensure the office is running at full operational capacity.

  8. Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, and all other professional business relationships.

  9. Manage relationship with major stakeholders (clients, partners, Group) in term of daily operations, including reporting, accommodations, travel, medical visit, insurance, ID06…

  10. Manage all operations related to rotation system

  11. Implements and ensures the application of all procedures related to the safety of our employees on site (onboarding, QHSE induction…)

  12. Manage the planning, administering, implementation and controlling of weekly budgets for office operations purposes.

  13. Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices whilst implementing the right practices in Aldelia in the specific location to improve performance.

  14. Interpret, analyse, and implement data to make informed decision to enhance efficiency.

  15. Providing general support to line management to enhance efficiency as directed.

Experience and Education

· Bachelor's degree qualified ideally in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Humanities, and Logistics etc.

· Experience in project management is an added advantage.

· A minimum of 5 years of experience in team management and project management is required for this role.

· Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

· Experience budgeting and forecasting.

· Familiarity with business and financial principles is essential.

· Knowledge of Swedish environment will be appreciated

· Past international exposure is requested

Language Requirements

· Proficiency in English is required.

· Basic Swedish is a plus.

· Demonstrate high level of interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills to effectively communicate.
