Fullstack Developer

We're now looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our team and help us take our product to the next level. Could that be you?

The role

As a Fullstack Developer at Visiba, you'll play a central role in shaping our platform end to end – from robust backend logic to seamless frontend experiences. You'll work closely with UX designers, product managers, other developers (frontend, backend and fullstack), and QA to develop smart, scalable solutions that make healthcare more accessible and efficient.

You'll work with technologies like C#/.NET, React, Angular, and TypeScript – and contribute to everything from system architecture to user-facing features. Collaboration, quality and care are core to how we work, and you'll be part of a team where retros, demos, continuous delivery and high autonomy are part of the day-to-day.

Some things you might do in a typical week:

• Build and maintain scalable services and APIs with C#/.NET
• Develop user-friendly and data-rich frontend applications using TypeScript, React or Angular
• Work with databases and ORM tools such as Entity Framework
• Collaborate with designers to turn concepts and wireframes into responsive, accessible UIs
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system design
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Align closely with product and QA to ship high-quality features, fast
  
  

Who are you?

You're a solution-oriented developer with a passion for both backend logic and frontend experiences. You know that great products are built through collaboration, thoughtful architecture and a focus on the user. You enjoy learning new things and love writing clean, maintainable code that makes a real impact.

Your background probably includes:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong experience with C#/.NET
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React and/or Angular
• Solid skills in TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with UI frameworks, modern JS coding practices, testing and debugging
• General database competence and experience working with ORM (Entity Framework specifically)
• A solid understanding of how frontend and backend interact in full product lifecycles
• Experience working in agile teams with end-to-end responsibility
• Fluency in Swedish and English

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked with large-scale SaaS products
• Have experience with WebRTC, media protocols or WebSockets
• Have dabbled in app development for iOS and/or Android
• Have experience in healthcare, medtech or other regulated environments
• Are curious about performance optimization, accessibility or system architecture
