About The Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Credit and Collections Specialist to become a key member of our Accounts Receivable team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full process from credit assessment to debt collection, ensuring our receivables are handled professionally and our processes maintain the highest standards. You will work globally with our receivables for all markets and make sure to both maintain our current processes but at the same time constantly search for improvements.

You will work closely with your colleagues in the AR team, but also with the rest of our Accounting team and our commercial team in our different markets. Stakeholder management is an important part of your role as the commercial teams are one of our key stakeholders within this area.

The position reports to the Accounting Director and is part of the wider Accounting & Finance team at Instabee. We are looking for someone who is motivated to challenge the status quo and constantly seeks smarter and more effective ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and follow up on customer receivables, including reminders and debt collection processes
• Have close contact with our customers on payment related matters
• Perform credit assessments and set credit limits in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Proactively work to minimize credit risk and bad debt, and improve cash flow
• Collaborate closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to resolve payment issues
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements

About You
You have a couple years of experience from a similar role within a multi-company group. You enjoy a humble but dynamic environment with various contact areas where stakeholder management, good collaboration and clear communication is key. You don't shy away from a challenge and dare to say no when it is needed. Moreover, you are a diligent and independent person who values structure and teamwork.

We Are Looking For a Person With

• A relevant university degree (or equivalent experience)
• Solid experience within accounts receivable, collections, or credit assessment
• Strong knowledge of accounting and credit processes
• Excellent communication skills, with professional fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Experience with NetSuite (a strong plus)
