Are you a structured and proactive person who enjoys keeping things organized in a dynamic environment? This is a great opportunity to support project management in ensuring smooth project execution and efficient coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support throughout different phases of the project
  • Coordinate and follow up on project activities
  • Handle documentation and internal communication within the project team
  • Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure progress

We're looking for someone who

  • Has experience in administrative work
  • Is self-driven, organized, and enjoys working both independently and in a team
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Speaks and writes English fluently – Swedish is a plus 
  • Is available to start right away

This assignment is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting teams with structure and efficiency
