Your Responsibilities:

Daily Management:
Take full responsibility for the store's daily operations, ensuring both service excellence and operational efficiency are top priorities.

Sales and Strategy:
Use your retail expertise to drive sales, meet performance targets, and implement strategies that will maximize the store's potential.

Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and motivate a dedicated team by leading with passion and purpose, creating an environment where everyone aligns with The Body Shop's values and mission.

Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with a memorable experience that reflects The Body Shop's commitment to people and the planet.

Beauty Expertise:
Represent The Body Shop as a passionate ambassador, using your knowledge of natural and sustainable beauty products to engage with customers and inspire them to fall in love with our values and offerings.

Events & Experiences:
Plan and execute engaging in-store events, product demonstrations, and beauty workshops to enhance the customer experience and foster brand loyalty.

Visual Merchandising:
Ensure the store's layout and product displays reflect The Body Shop's brand identity and values, maintaining high standards of presentation and creating an inviting atmosphere for customers.

We Are Looking For a Candidate Who:

• Has
  3–5 years of experience
  as a store manager, ideally within beauty or a related retail sector.
• Is an
  inspirational leader
  who motivates and energizes their team with a deep commitment to The Body Shop's values and ethical mission.
• Is
  results-oriented
  with an analytical approach to driving sales and improving store performance.
• Is
