The RoleWe're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team in Stockholm, Sweden / London, UK. At Arrive we're passionate about improving urban life. We use cutting-edge technology to make parking easier and more efficient.
This is a high-impact role with the potential to shape the future of our business. You'll be working on strategic initiatives that span multiple departments, and you'll have the opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of our customers.
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you serve as the strategic partner responsible for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Your core focus is on process optimization and data-driven enablement, streamlining workflows, and coaching sales leadership with performance insights gained from CRM and BI tools. You own the critical functions of forecasting and planning, meticulously defining territories, capacity, and quotas to ensure predictable and scalable growth. Furthermore, you design effective compensation and incentive modelsand analyze the sales funnel and channel mix to prioritize actions that drive the highest ROI. Ultimately, you translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations to foster powerful cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Role Tasks & Responsibilities:Enablement & Operating Rhythm: Partner with sales leaders to provide winning strategies, run Business Reviews, and coach sales managers using data-driven performance insights.
Process Optimization: Streamline and automate sales processes to eliminate inefficiencies, contributing to team-wide improvements.
Forecasting & Planning : Own forecasting cadence and data quality and define segmentation, territories, quotas, capacity and scenarios.
Funnel & Growth Optimization: Streamline and automate GTM processes and analyze conversion and channel mix to prioritize actions that maximize ROI.
Compensation & Incentive Design: Ownership or collaboration on sales comp plans, quota attainment modeling, SPIFFs, and payout accuracy.
What You'll BringExperience: 3+ years in Revenue Ops/Sales Ops, Business Strategy, or Business Analytics with cross-functional impact. B2B background is a plus.
Tooling & Data: CRM and BI fluency, advanced Excel, familiarity with SQL.
Planning: Forecasting, segmentation, quota design, capacity and scenario planning.
Compensation: Familiarity with incentive design, accelerators/SPIFFs, and payout accuracy.
Collaboration: Partners effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
Communication: Turns analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse audiences.
