Orkla Home & Personal Care (OHPC) is the Nordic region's leading and largest supplier of detergents and personal care products. Among our most well-known brands are Zalo, OMO, Klar, Jif, Family Fresh, Define, Dr. Greve, and Lano. Sales are primarily through the grocery sector, specialty retail, and pharmacies. The company has approximately 450 employees and its headquarters are located at Skøyen in Oslo. Most of our products are manufactured at our factories in Ski (Norway) and Falun (Sweden).

Brand Manager to Orkla Home and Personal Care, Sweden
At Orkla Home & Personal Care, we build some of the Nordic region's most trusted and well-known home and personal care brands. We are now looking for a Brand Manager for our office in Solna. In this role, you will be a central part of a skilled and engaged marketing team, responsible for developing strong and profitable brands in close collaboration with innovation, sales, and communications.

This is a temporary position for 9 months, with potential to be extended up to 1 year.

About The Role
As a Brand Manager, you will have both strategic and operational responsibility for one or more of our brands. You will work across the entire marketing mix – from insights, innovation, and design to communication and activation. The role requires the ability to think long-term while translating plans into concrete results.

You will have a significant impact on the development of the brand and will be a key contributor to driving growth and strengthening OHPC's position in the Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand and category strategies
  • Ensure clear brand positioning and commercial growth
  • Analyze trends and consumer insights to drive innovation and communication
  • Develop activation and communication plans
  • Represent marketing in cross-functional projects

Your Profile
You are analytical, creative, and proactive – thriving in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration and significant influence.

You have:

  • Solid experience in marketing, brand development, or commercial work – preferably in FMCG or a similar industry
  • The ability to combine strategy, analysis, and creativity
  • Strong commercial understanding and execution skills
  • Relevant higher education in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English

Practical Information
Some travel is expected in connection with factory visits, meetings and trade shows.
