We are looking for a Sales Engineer for our Gearmotors in Sweden.

Your Future Role
The job will play a vital role in supporting our most valuable customers and partners in Sweden. The job will be identifying new business opportunities and executing established sales strategies to support corporate growth targets. The position will be in Sweden Västerås or Mölndal. You will cover our complete Gearmotor portfolio.
This position Responsibilities includes:
- Managing a part of our Gearmotor business in Sweden
- Develop and build strong relationships with our partners and key customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Liaising with our factories for close cooperation
- Designing and configuring gearmotors utilizing our tools
- Promote e-commers with our partners and key customers
- Serve as escalation level and manage customer escalations when needed.
- Reports to our Sales Manager
- Plan sales volumes and potential for target customers.
- Analyse and evaluate markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers.
- Investigate and evaluate specific business opportunities
Desired qualifications in one or more of the following:
- Proven record of gearmotor sales growth, specifically, new business development.
- Strong presentation & negotiation skills, experience of presenting at C level
- Excellent written & spoken English, outstanding communication & interpersonal skills, and a natural ability to work as part of a team as well as be a team leader.
- Higher education in electrical engineering
- Familiarity with rotating machinery
- Experience with e-commerce
The ability to switch between working independently and in teams, combined with social skills and the ability to communicate, are part of your profile. You are structured, good at planning, and bring a customer- and service-oriented mindset. Staying up to date on the development of technology is your daily routine.
