Your role
As the Country Procurement Manager for the Nordic Countries, you will lead and manage procurement activities across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with Capgemini's global procurement strategy while addressing local business needs for both, internal and customer projects. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, drive cost optimization, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will be working closely with the CxO's of Denmark, Finland, Norway & Sweden and will be responsible for regular business reviews.

In this position you will play a key role in:

• Partnering with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver value.
• Supporting internal and customer projects regarding 3rd party spend elements, acting as a business enabler.
• Driving Procurement transformation projects, including implementation of AI projects.
• Act as the primary procurement contact for Nordic leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies

Your Profile

• Business oriented professional with 10+ years of experience within a leading-edge company recognized for its purchasing excellence, ideally in a multinational and multicultural environment within a matrix organization.
• Proven capability in leading large-scale change initiatives and embedding new organizations and new ways of working.
• Ability to demonstrate innovative solutions to complicated purchasing initiatives, in a fast moving and demanding environment.
• Strong communication & influencing skills to use both a facilitative and directive approach to "sell" methods to internal stakeholders and negotiate with suppliers.
• Strategic mindset, combined with hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English is essential for this role.
