Vi letar nu efter en Göteborgsbaserad Solution Consultant till vårt globala Solution Consultancy team. Vårt mission är att skapa långsiktiga partnerskap med universitet och högskolor över hela världen genom att leverera en högpresterande produkt och fantastiska kundupplevelser - allt detta började med Solution Consultancy teamet

Rollen

Som Solution Consultant är du den första personen våra kunder har kontakt med. Du identifierar deras specifika behov för att kunna skräddarsy produktpresentationer och visa hur TimeEdit kan stötta just deras verksamhet – oavsett om det handlar om kursplanering, bemanningsfrågor eller schemaläggning. Då vi expanderar i raketfart globalt kommer du att bearbeta den nordiska, brittiska och sydostasiatiska marknaden.

Du trivs med att ta plats i rummet (eller i videomötet), har lätt för att förklara komplexa produkter på ett enkelt sätt och är noga med att anpassa ditt budskap efter målgruppen. Samtidigt har du ett stort tech-intresse så att du snabbt förstår hur våra lösningar fungerar – både rent tekniskt men även hur de fungerar i det dagliga arbetet ute på ett lärosäte.
