We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Controller for an exciting consulting assignment in Gothenburg. In this role, you will drive financial performance through high-quality analysis, insights and continuous improvement .

Responsibilities

  • Monthly estimating and conducting gap analysis between actual and planned results
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting in line with internal audit and financial policy guidelines
  • Collecting data, performing analysis and presenting key performance indicators
  • Identifying patterns in data, drawing logical conclusions and recommending actions
  • Providing financial expertise to projects and business cases
  • Carrying out economic and financial research to support strategy development and evaluate results

Requirements

  • Relevant academic background or equivalent practical competence
  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience handling difficult but not highly complex financial matters
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
