About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Care Specialist to be the friendly first point of contact for our partners and customers. You'll handle support inquiries, manage tickets, and make sure our clients feel heard, supported, and impressed every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Be the go-to person for support inquiries and deliver fast, professional responses.
  • Manage and prioritize tickets in our support system like a pro.
  • Keep customers and partners updated with clear, friendly communication.
  • Take a genuine interest in client needs — ask questions, dig deeper, and deliver real solutions.
  • Work hand-in-hand with your teammates to resolve issues and keep our service top-notch.
What You Bring
  • A higher professional education (MBO) level or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • A natural curiosity for IT — experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • A customer-first mindset: you listen, solve problems, and take initiative.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with D365FO or other ERP platforms.
  • Familiarity with customer success practices.
