Industry Business Analyst

To strengthen our development organization, we're looking for a strategic and industry-savvy Business Analyst with hands-on knowledge from sectors such as Fashion, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Discrete or Process Manufacturing, This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands ERP from both a business and technology perspective—and is ready to make an impact at the core of product innovation.

This role also offers an exciting path for those who've worked closely with ERP solutions in customer or consulting settings and are ready to contribute directly to product development.

Your Role:

As an Industry Business Analyst, you'll represent the voice of the industry inside Product Development. Working in close partnership with the Industry Product Manager, you'll help shape the product roadmap and ensure that features are developed in alignment with real-world industry needs.

You'll act as Product Owner in agile teams, clarify requirements, define use cases, and ensure development output remains industry-relevant and customer-centric. You'll also lead or participate in select customer engagements to gather insights that directly inform our product strategy.

This is a key role where your industry knowledge, structured thinking, and communication skills will bridge the gap between market needs and development execution.

Key Responsibilities:

•Serve as an industry expert within Product Development

•Contribute to roadmap preparation through research and industry analysis, taking the road map into development plan

•Break down complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements

•Capture, document, and prioritize use cases and features

•Define high-level solution designs aligned with industry standards

•Own and manage the product backlog in agile teams

•Act as a customer advocate in development discussions

•Stay current on Infor technologies and industry trends

•Support innovation initiatives around GenAI/ML with Industry competence and use cases

•Create Industry use cases for content, like Widgets, Process Catalogs, Persona based Workspaces and Composite Applications

Who You Are:

•Industry experience in Fashion, Food & Beverage, Distribution, Discrete or Process Manufacturing

•Knowledge of Infor M3 would be valued and/or ERP implementation experience

•Skilled at analyzing business needs and translating them into technical solutions

•Effective communicator, both in writing and in presentations

•Experienced working in customer-facing roles

•Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills

•Comfortable balancing business insight with technical depth

•Fluent in Swedish and English - speaking and writing
