Web & Brand Designer

As Norrsken Foundation's Web & Brand Designer, your mission is to craft high-impact design work, helping tell the stories of the world's greatest challenges through the brilliant people who are trying to solve them.

You'll work across the entire Norrsken ecosystem, including our Houses in Stockholm, Kigali, Barcelona, Brussels, our funds and global initiatives like Impact/100, Impact/Week and Africa/Week.

You'll be part of a small and agile marketing team, working closely with our Creative Director, Motion Designer and Digital Marketing Manager to push the boundaries of what great brand design can look like in the impact/tech/startup space. This is a hands-on role for a multi-skilled creative who thrives on variety and ownership. From designing and maintaining our websites, to producing campaign assets, social content, and printed materials. You'll play a central role in how we express the Norrsken brand across platforms, markets, and initiatives.

Design and own all things web
Design, build and iterate on our branded websites (experience in Webflow is a plus), ensuring strong UX, design and high performance. From page design and site architecture to conversion flows and analytics, including setting up and optimizing Google Analytics

Produce digital assets across various formats and platforms
Produce content and templates for Social Media Instagram stories, editing images, presentations. You'll produce and ensure high quality output for multiple stakeholders in the Norrsken ecosystem.

Design for print & physical space
Support with campaign rollouts, signage, event graphics and other IRL expressions of the brand.

Develop and maintain design systems & templates
Ensure our brand guidelines, templates and creative processes are scalable, easy to use and adapted by stakeholders.

Work cross-functionally and globally
Collaborate with our Creative Director, Motion Designer, and Digital Marketing Manager as various stakeholders throughout our funds and houses to create seamless brand experiences across channels.

3+ years of experience as a digital or brand designer in an agency, startup or in-house environment.

Strong skills in building and developing websites, ideally in Webflow, with the ability to manage projects independently from concept to launch. A basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.

Comfortable in a wide variety of design disciplines using Figma / Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.

Have an eye for photography, image editing and layout, bonus if you've worked with photography.

You have an eye for details, always looking for smarter ways to do things, and thrive in a team that builds fast and figures it out on the way.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

This role is based out of Norrsken House Stockholm and you'll be reporting to our Creative Director. Salary is SEK/month, 35 vacation days, solid pension program and insurance with additional private health insurance and parental pay.
