Key Account Manager – Consumer Electronics & IT


Göteborg or Stockholm (On-site and Hybrid)

We're looking for a driven and relationship-oriented
Key Account Manager
who's passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

As part of our Etail Retail sales team, you'll work closely with key vendors and retail partners to strengthen Gandalf's position in the market and drive long-term business growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Manage and optimize channel strategies across major retail and e-commerce partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and ensure mutual growth for Gandalf and our partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in
    account management, sales, or distribution
    within IT or consumer electronics
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Fluent in English (Swedish is a plus)
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
