We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team, assisting in the management of projects, monitoring timelines, and ensuring efficient operations. This is a temporary position, covering for our colleague who will be on parental leave until May 2027.

What we are looking for in a Project Coordinator

  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills 
  • Organized multitasker 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Strong administrative skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Adaptable and open to change

Your Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in executing and documenting projects 
  • Handle customer orders and purchasing processes 
  • Coordinate between departments such as purchasing, logistics, and shipping 
  • Manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth project workflows
