Your mission
As Manager for Solution Development, you take ownership of building integrated offerings that combine technology, services, and commercial strategies. You lead a team of Application Architects, Commercial Architects, and Customer Solution Leads—driving collaboration and clarity across every stage of development. Your work spans concept design, customer engagement, and full-scale implementation, and you make sure solutions are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with market needs.

Included in your mission is to:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team to create complete solution offerings.
• Oversee technical integration and commercial strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
• Engage customers through interviews and validation activities to keep solutions relevant.
• Plan and execute implementation, including hardware, software, services, and training.
• Align solution roadmaps with segment priorities and design go-to-market tactics that unlock joint value.

The location is flexible globally, preferably near a key market. You report directly to the Vice President of Product & Solution Management.

Your profile
You combine technical understanding with strong commercial insight. You've led diverse teams and managed solution development from concept to execution. You know how to engage customers, gather insights, and turn them into actionable strategies. Experience with journey mapping, segmentation, and go-to-market planning helps you align efforts with business priorities. Your background also includes designing solutions that integrate hardware, software, services, and commercial models, and validating them through pilots and early rollouts.

Thriving here means being collaborative, curious, and adaptable. Strategic thinking is second nature, and you're confident in planning and executing implementation. You build trust across functions, inspire teams, and keep a customer-first mindset. Clear communication, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain momentum in dynamic environments make you successful in this role.
